Selling a course is only the start. Courses support categories, instructors, chapters and lessons, video or rich text, previews and shelf control. Transactions cover coupons, official payment protocols for WeChat and Alipay, balance wallets, sandbox payments, timeout auto-close and refunds. Learning reports progress and lesson completion, keeps behaviour records and blocks duplicate purchase.
The SaaS layer ships a two-tenant demo (two schools, platform onboarding, store admins, tenant-level isolation, package and expiry management). Operations gets a trend dashboard plus order, user, instructor, category, coupon, banner, review, log and payment management. Growth runs group-buy and referral commission - code, attribution, rate, refund clawback - verified end to end on web and mobile.
Redis caching, distributed locks and rate limits handle concurrency while fulfilment and order closing go asynchronous through the queue; load tests on the home, course list and detail pages ran error-free. A desktop build is available as an installer.
