This site collects only what you type into the message form on the Contact page: your name, company, phone, email, the products you are interested in, and the message itself.

When you submit, the server reads your source IP only for the "one message per IP per minute" abuse guard. That counter lives in memory or Redis and expires after a minute; the IP is not stored with the message and is not used to identify you.

There is one purpose: replying to your enquiry and arranging a demo. We do not sell or trade your messages with third parties and we do not build advertising profiles.

Retention: a message stays until we delete it in the admin. There is no automatic expiry - the volume is small and handled by hand. Ask us and we delete it.

Cookies: the public site sets a single cookie, site_lang, which remembers whether you last chose Chinese or English. The admin uses its own session token.

Third-party code: pages load no analytics, advertising or social embeds; styles and fonts are served by this site. Access logs stay on our own server.

Security: admin passwords are stored with bcrypt, never in plain text, and public access should run over HTTPS.

To see, correct or delete what you left with us, use the phone number or WeChat ID in the footer; we act once we can confirm it is you.

The "Live demo" link on a product page points at a system we deploy for that product. Once you are there, that system handles your data under its own terms.
